Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place to get your cell phone repaired promises of getting it fixed ended up in hours of wasted time and only offering a partial credit for no repair. What a scam. So if you wanna be scammed, this is the greatest place to go to happy new year 2026

Said he could fix my front phone camera I had to come back to the shop three times and wait very long Time every single time I had to come back multiple times because it was trial and error and waiting for the correct parts to fix my front camera In the end, my Face ID was not working still, and I requested a refund and just to take the part out of my phone at this point he got very mean and rude with me in the end only gave me a $20 or some sort of partial refund After visiting the shop three times and giving hours of my time and wasted money to only get a partial refund was beyond me. When he assured me in the beginning, he could fix the problem. My phone was not fixed who wants their Face ID to not work or face recognition system on iPhone to not work? I was literally crying in my car after the entire situation because of how you spoke to me I do not recommend for anyone

Very amazing customer service! Fix my phone within a half hour. Has the best prices around compared to other phone repair places in Port St. Lucie. I had my battery changed and they were charging me 40% less than the competitors. Definitely a recommend.

Not coming back again. Phone came back with other issues after getting a screen replacement. We tried to offer more than half of the funds ahead of the repair (my family has been in a tough spot, we tried to give the money while we had most of it) he declined. When talking to him he was not giving his undivided attention. He sat down looking at his phone while speaking to me. There is more that I could say, but I'll hold off. But the last thing you'd expect after getting something fixed is for othe issues to be present that weren't present before.
