I’m what you might call an intermediate photographer, and having to be mostly self-taught means that I wasn’t 100% sure what equipment I needed for my photoshoot. Brad and Dave (? I’m so sorry if I got that name wrong!) from the Houston Office were so incredibly helpful in advising me on equipment rentals like lighting, soft box kits, etc. They even took the time to teach me how to set it up and break it down! I’m crazy grateful that I didn’t have to carry my personal equipment through the Houston airport. Top-shelf team! Lifesavers, every one of them…

Where do I start? The team at Photo Rental Source are some of the friendliest people ever. They put trust in you and I feel welcomed by friends whenever I go there. They extend grace when needed and are always willing to go the extra mile to help. On top of this, they deliver excellent service, are communicative and transparent. I have taken some of my best photos with the equipment they’ve rented to me!

As a newbie photographer, I made the mistake of renting the wrong lens, I was so stressed, but their customer service was *top-notch* they replaced the lens with the correct one without any hassle and never made me feel bad about my mistake. The staff was patient, kind, and incredibly understanding. Highly recommend this place for their amazing service and support—especially for beginners like me!
