After a lengthy search for a thorough and highly qualified physical therapist, I was so happy to find Tyler. He treated my ongoing issues with such care and he worked to familiarize himself with my specific needs. The depth of his knowledge continued to impress me, and he was very careful to treat my particular condition in ways that would support my muscle and joint stability. Having a full hour with my physical therapist was a major benefit, I have never encountered that dedication of time and attention in a PT context. I feel so fortunate to have had access to Tyler and the rest of the staff at Physical Therapy First.

This was a fantastic physical therapy experience. The providers are knowledgeable and took the time to evaluate my situation, understand my goals for therapy, and work with me to figure out the exercises that were most helpful for my pain. I saw a few providers during my time, and they worked seamlessly together as a team, so I never felt like I had to re-explain things. I saw great progress in my chronic back pain during my time there, would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Physical Therapy First helping me heal and control my back pain. Tyler in particular I as a knowledgeable and fantastic PT. This practice is also skilled with dry needling, and I think that made a difference with my recovery. The clinic is welcoming and friendly as well. I highly recommend selecting this place for PT!

Great place for Physical Therapy, Tyler is incredibly knowledgable and they have many great therapists. Everyone was terrific, very personable and professional. I really appreciated that they listened to my concerns and worked out a plan to resolve my pain. (Without making it worse.) I will always make an appointment here first when I need physical therapy. Quality PT.

Physical Therapy First really helped me. I got achilles tendonitis from running, and tried to rehab on my own for a month or two before coming in. PTF gave me a structured, progressive plan, and got me back to running really quickly. They were highly attentive, made the care highly personalized, and adapted to my chaotic summer schedule with ease, scaling my program to what I could do where I was. I am back to running 3-4 days a week and building my mileage and speed steadily, and I am feeling really confident and excited going forward. This was all thanks to their attentive and highly informed care. I highly recommend them to any athlete trying to deal with an injury safely and effectively.
