I went to Physio Physique after a right foot/ankle fracture and fractured vertebrae in my lumbar spine after a fall over a year ago. I have been seeing Adrian the physiotherapist for post-op rehab and it has honestly been a game changer. It’s been over a year since my surgeries and I can confidently say I can walk, perform household duties and yard work without experiencing flare ups. He has helped me understand how the body works and how everything is connected. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything so simply so it’s easy to understand. He has guided me to an incredible recovery from where I was initially. If it wasn’t for Adrian, I wouldn’t have thought I’d reach this stage of my recovery. I also found the clinic to be very welcoming and friendly with easy onsite parking. I highly recommend this clinic and Adrian as a physio.

I've been coming to physio physique for a few years seeing Adrian for a variety of issues. I can confidently say that he's the best physio I've came across . He takes the time to listen to your issues and he is very knowledgeable at what he does and very professional. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in . I have had such a positive experience with Physio Physique. From the moment I walked in the door the friendly receptionists made me feel comfortable. Adrian has been incredible. Treating my chronic lower back pain with care and a conservative approach. Adrian explained my treatment plan thoroughly, and I felt my concerns were always considered.
