We were very happy with the job Pied Piper Pest Control did to help rid our property of carpenter ants. Everyone we worked with starting with Kaylynn who took our order to the technician who treated our property was polite, professional, on time, and very skilled at their jobs. Weidner Property Management moved us into a bedbug infested unit at Brighton Woods on December 30th. Pied Piper was called in on 1/10, and the exterminator said he didn't see evidence of infestation. As the attached photos show, this was an established infestation. They were called back today, on the 14th, and we left our unit unlocked, per their instructions. We uprooted our cats, and my infant granddaughter for the second time this week. The worker said it was locked, and left. Unprofessional, incompetent, and absolutely unacceptable. They get no stars. Find a reputable company.
