I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Piedmont Rentals. I ordered tables in specific sizes for an event, but what they delivered was completely different from what I requested. The mismatched sizes caused unnecessary stress and made setup much more difficult. When I contacted them about the issue, they refused to offer any credit or meaningful resolution, even though the mistake was on their end. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service were truly frustrating. I won’t be using Piedmont Rentals again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.
Piedmont Party Rentals provided chairs, tables, linens, games, and tents for our outdoor wedding. They provided the best price in the bay area, quality rentals that were free of defects, and delivered the equipment on time. I would recommend them to anyone.
The glasses and tables we ordered were fine but the plates were so scratched up we didn’t use half of them, I had to go through each one to find the least worn out plates, I’m just glad we ordered extras in case people wanted seconds. We ordered the gold band plates and you could barely tell because the gold part was scratched off and there were black marks in the center of the plates. Disappointing.
