Had a lovely hot tub, then a relaxing and healing massage, then an amazing facial. I'm pretty sure Deb Calderon took 5 years off my face! Her hands are incredible and she gave me some helpful suggestions to do at home. Such a sweet mother and daughter time today. Thank you Piedmont Springs.

The best massage I’ve ever gotten. Plus they have facials and other services here at all kinds of times.

Primary purpose of this review is a huge shout out to masseur David Righton, who gave me one of the best massages ever. A sure, gentle touch with plenty of careful power to apply when needed. I've not been in for some time due to health issues. The spa amenities seem have slid a bit since the pandemic (e.g. bathrobes are no longer provided for patrons booking tub or steam/sauna before their massage), but otherwise still a lovely community resource for health and relaxation.

They make ends meet with late fees. They have a nonsensical way of letting you know your time is up, and get upset that you didn't know your time was up. Then they charge an additional $30 after the fact.
