The staff was personable. The service was prompt & efficient. It was obvious that there was a high level of competence at this facility, from the front desk to the back of the office. This is not my first trip to this facility, but both trips have left me very impressed Steve Johnson

Unfortunately, I had to go to Piedmont Urgent Care, (Hank Aaron/Summerhill) on Thursday. My Ears were clogged, not sure if it was Sinus related or what. So, I explained by the time I was called back by the Nurse, who along with checkin person were EXTREMELY professional, and treated me with the BEST CUSTOMER CARE👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. The whole staff was GREAT, even I didn't want to go, I came there barely able to hear. I left THANK GOD with my hearing back🙌🏾. This Staff and Dr. Davis the attending physician are 100% some the BEST. Blessings and Peace to you guys for a great 2026! Thank you for giving great Customer Service/Care!!!

I highly highly recommend no one visit this location, cannot honestly say if this urgent care company as a whole is as useless as the experience I had today at this particular location so keep that in mind. My experience is one that no one absolutely no one should ever ever go through. Initially I scheduled on the app the evening prior after experiencing a dizzy spell falling off a flight of stairs onto my ankle and knee. Upon arrival that morning I'd say the weight time given no one absolutely not a person was in the waiting area I was quite surprised by the long wait time. Making matters somewhat more frustrating I was in debilitating pain, my ankle so black/blue swollen you could not see the actual bone anymore that you could prior to the fall. The woman I saw who was referenced as the so called 'Doctor' post seeing my X-rays offers little to no advice as to tell me how I'm supposed to work and operate in my current condition. Merely states to see another doctor orthopedic in order for them to further check out damage to my ligaments which their X-rays apparently aren't able to pickup. Bottomline, their professionalism and ability to assess injury is limited here so don't waste your money or time. The Doctor didn't even offer to initially write me a mere script for Ibuprofen. Much less didn't even advise me to elevate and ice the injury. I'm super upset about my waste of money. Thank God I have an awesome Chiro who guided me on what I needed to do.

FYI for those considering getting a pre-employment drug screening here: Clean facility and nice workers, but writing a review to let others know to maybe go elsewhere. I needed one done here for pre-employment and they actually lost my sample so I had to get it done again. I ended up going to AnyTestNow and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I waited for over an hour at this location for a simple urine screening, which might have been expected since its an urgent care, but them losing my sample was very inconvenient

Piedmont Urgent Care – Summerhill Location I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic! I walked in without an appointment and was seen within about 20 minutes. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Hsu was fantastic, talking with him felt like chatting with a friend. He made the visit comfortable and easy, and I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. Everything was so smooth, I was able to see the doctor, get my prescriptions ordered, and pick them up next door at the Publix Summerhill Pharmacy, all in under an hour. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this location!
