The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful! I came from out of state and needed help getting my prescription filled before returning home - the staff has a calming presence and so kind. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing urgent care!!!

I’m from out of town and was dealing with a bit of a medical emergency. I didn’t know where else to go so I chose piedmont urgent care to start. The staff was very friendly, got there at 8:10am right after they opened so no one was in line. Quick treatment and recommendation. The Doctor was very kind and professional. Everyone was great overall.

Dr. Wenson is the best! I’m so grateful for her genuine care, attentiveness, and active listening. From the very first visit, she made me feel truly heard and understood — never rushed, never dismissed. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions thoughtfully, and approaches care with both expertise and compassion. What truly sets Dr. Wenson apart is how personal and patient-centered her care is. She combines deep medical knowledge with warmth and empathy, which immediately puts you at ease. Great staff; quiet atmosphere; thorough. Staff gave me a mask and five-way nasal swab test after hearing my symptoms; turned out I had Covid. Loved my doctor, who took the time to assess my ability to understand her instructions (not rudely; she just paid very careful attention to how I responded) as well as the physical shape I was in. Offered a range of treatment options and grinned just a little when I declined the antiviral, noting that it had side effects for some. Most important, she helped me to feel OK about being in quarantine for five days. This is my third visit there; they've been very helpful every time.

When I got back to the biohazard room, they realized their entire clinic was out of glue. I was asked to write a review, targeting their supplier as the ones at fault. Uhm, no! The clinicians had no idea they were out until they searched the whole building. If they had kept stock, there would have been no issue! I left the clinic after an hour and a half. All that was done? One piece of tape on my ear, not even in the right spot… I will never come to this urgent care if I need URGENT CARE. There was no rush. There was no accountability. They were very kind, but when I’m bleeding out of my head- I don’t care about manners nearly as much as execution. I’m not mad, as I came in with little expectation. The cut wasn’t bad, but the blood scared me. When a clinician asks me to save their butt for something like that I’ll gladly leave a truthful review of my experience. Good day!
