I’m not sure if our pie was super old or what, but it had absolutely gone bad before we even picked it up. The taste was rancid of sour spoiled milk and we had to spit it out first bite & throw it away. Definitely sad as we enjoy supporting local businesses but this was an awful first experience with this establishment as it was not only $18 wasted but also a ruined birthday celebration.

Sadly, cakes are no longer any good. Used to love this place for butter cream frosting and moist cake but they are not made the same anymore. Cake is super dry and frosting tasted terrible. Gave it a second try by ordering for another occasion but it was the same quality. Do not recommend buying cakes here.

I hate to do this ... I LOVE YOUR NO SUGAR ADDED PIES. So much that I drive 30 miles to buy one. I called at 10am to reserve a no sugar added cherry pie. I told them I'd be there right after 3:00. I showed up and find out the pie was given to someone else. so frustrated I can't begin to tell you. WHEN YOU RESERVE A PIE...MAKE THE PERSON PROVE THEIR IDENTITY...THE CREDIT CARD, DL?

Absolutely horrible customer service I pre-ordered a sugar-free Pumpkin cheesecake it’s the day before Thanksgiving right now. I just got back from their location to pick it up. They sold it to someone else if you order anything they can just sell it to someone else there’s no point in ordering horrible customer service not because of their attitude, but because of the fact that they don’t care if you pre-ordered, they’ll sell it to someone else
