Stephanie is a rock star!! Took my kiddo in for a new hairdo as she decided to give herself a 'haircut'. Stephanie was patient and calmed by daughter down and had her smiling in no time! The stylist didn't say anything negative and just asked what length to adjust too etc. She also encouraged by daughter by talking about how amazing she was going to look with her new hairdo. She got my shy daughter to talk about things she likes and helped her be involved with her new style. I was in happy tears when we left and it made my daughter feel like a queen! So grateful for the professionalism and kindness she showed as well as all the awesome glam! We will be back to see Stephanie for sure!

Love pigtails and Crewcuts. My kids have been going here for years. The girls who work here are so friendly and so sweet and always remember my kids. Roni cuts my youngest son’s hair every time and today is the first time Sophia has cut my oldest son’s hair but she did great and was so sweet. Love it here .

Let me start off with my son is 5 and has been coming to this location since his very 1st haircut and we have never had issues everyone is always so pleasant and great with kids especially my squirming 5 year old. Today was a last min appointment and 1 worker inside her demeanor was unpleasant right as we walked in. She was finishing a kiddos cut so we went to the play room. Now its my sons turn for his cut. I asked if she could do a design and she seemed so annoyed that I even asked and immediately was like NO I DONT DO DESIGNS!!! OK now here tone is matching her negative energy so awesome for a 5 year old 2 deal with.. she was EXTREMELY INPATIENT with my son almost 2 the point I wanted 2 just leave mid hair cut because I now was becoming uncomfortable with how she was treating and talking to MY SON!! she really shouldn't be cutting children's hair at all if she doesn't have patience nor a positive demeanor while interacting with her customers. She really made me feel like we were a burden on her life and she could get us out fast enough. Mind you my sons 5 and she expected this kid 2 not MOVE AT ALL and then became upset when he did and scolded him that she cut a big chunk out of his hair because he moved his head... I may or may not return to this location if I do I WILL NEVER ALLOW HER to cut my child's hair again and maybe the owner needs to have a conversation with her especially working with children. God forbid she ends up with a child on the spectrum in her chair it may not go well!! Extremely unhappy and my sons hair cut isn't great.

Took my toddler son this morning to get a haircut by Sophia. She was super sweet and kind and so was the other worker. Very patient and friendly! She even offered animal crackers and a toy to him. Very happy and appreciative of this experience! Will be back for future visits, 10/10 recommend (:

Loved my first time experience with Brenda *.* for my four yr old daughter who has fine, frizzy, wavy, dry hair. She helped my husband and I understand her hair type, which product works best as we were sold on the water spray spritzer bottle- totally worth it! There were options for children to sit in various vehicles or an airprlane as well as the usual black high chairs. Many options for children's toys. They have a video playing on the screen which they asked her what option she wanted as she was the only client present at the time. Highly recommend this place! They are also offering a parent class on braiding girls hair so this place is working it! Will return! Thanks so much Brenda- she loves her hair cut and she got a lot of compliments while we were out and about today! Hugs! ♡
