I’m disappointed with this store. Prices are crazy expensive. For example I bought an extra large home plant for 145$ at Home Depot then visited this store and the same plant in the same size was being sold for 499$. I bought 4 different roses from them, all of them diseased and no blooms. They don’t have a lot of basics as well. A plastic watering pail that I bought for 5$ was 29$ here.
Disappointed with the poor customer service. Clearance plants were poorly labeled, and when I asked about a Hellebore, the employee was more interested in debating the plant’s condition and location than helping. There was only one clearance rack of Hellebores in the entire store, so not sure what the issue was. Whatever happened to basic customer service and listening to the customer?
Pretty cool nursery definitely worth checking out but a little pricey on some things. All the staff we talked to were friendly and seemed very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. We love that they allow dogs, our pup enjoyed shopping with us. They had a pretty impressive air plant selection with some of the largest I’ve seen for sale. We got free ladybugs with our purchase but it seemed like most were dead upon release-not sure if that’s normal since it’s our first year using them for pest control but figured it’s worth noting so others know what to expect.
Top notch. ALL of the flowers and plants that I have bought here over the years have thrived. I always feel educated when I enter the store as well. Professional, great customer service. Largest variety of quality plants, flowers and products. Very reasonably priced. My happy place!
