I went a little over a month ago and it was my 2nd class at this studio (kern). My instructor for that morning was Susie and I did not enjoy my class. Susie was standing right above me while I got a little confused on the sequence. I could clearly see she was not patient that I wasn’t getting the movement. And she kept telling me to do another movement when I wanted to challenge myself. I unfortunately will not be returning when I have one more credit.

Susy and her team are truly wonderful. They teach Pilates true to form, with a focus on controlled, intentional movement that makes such a difference. Susy is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she also has a gift for pacing the class just right—you feel challenged, but never rushed. I highly recommend this studio.

I just started Pilates for the first time and couldn’t be more impressed with this studio. From day one, the atmosphere has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. Diane, the instructor, is amazing!…. knowledgeable, encouraging, and really helpful with modifications. The studio is extremely clean which is so important to me with having little ones at home. I’ve been working out my whole life, but Pilates soreness is no joke. It’s a whole new level of strength and control. Highly recommend to anyone looking to challenge themselves in a supportive, clean, and professional environment. :)
