Such a welcoming place! All the coaches are super sweet and know what they’re doing. You can tell that they really love what they do. And the owner actually cares about his students. They have a really great program for the kiddos, as well as the best MMA, judo, and jujitsu for adults in the city. Overall a great vibe and really cool place to train. Also props for always keeping the place very clean :)

We have been part of the Zen family since the very beginning. My boys have developed into confident and disciplined fighters. The year we enrolled BOTH my boys won good citizenship awards for the end of the year. My little one defended another kid from a bully and my older one had improved in his behavior overall. A lot of the staff there know how to communicate with the wiggly impulsive kids but really ALL the staff members there are very friendly and eager to welcome anyone into the Zen community. I highly recommend zen. They have been like a second family. They have something for everyone at any level.
