Your heart, mind, and body are always stronger after Tiffany’s classes. She choreographs a routine that builds on classical Pilates movements seamlessly transitioning from one movement to the next. Before you know it, class is over and she has worked all the key muscle groups. She is a patient teacher, attentive to students’ techniques as well as limitations.
I started training with Tiffany late ‘21. I was looking for a private instructor that was trained in the traditional Joseph Pilates method which is the method I prefer. I was also looking for a regular weekly schedule after being away from Pilates for a couple of years.
