After being away for some time due to illness, returning to Pilates Lane has been such a positive and uplifting experience. The instructors have been incredibly kind, supportive, and mindful of my pace as I ease back into movement. From the moment I walked back through the doors, I felt welcomed and cared for, it truly feels like a family here. The studio itself is calm, beautifully set up, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Classes are small, which means lots of personal attention, and the instruction is always thoughtful, clear, and tailored to different levels and needs. It’s been a huge help both physically and mentally to be back, and I’m so grateful to have found a space that feels safe, encouraging, and genuinely connected. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a more personal and caring Pilates experience.
