I was feeling anxious and mentally not in a good place and knew I needed some exercise. I unfortunately missed the start of the 10am class but Brooke told me I could join the 4:30pm which I did. It was excellent and grounding. I had fun and got a good cardio in, felt in my body and the vibe of the studio is peaceful. I will be back for another class

Today’s 5:30 PowerPilates class at Ritual was one of the best I’ve ever attended. Helena, who filled in for someone, led a consistent and challenging flow. She’s an amazing teacher – calm, well-spoken, motivating and energised. I broke out in a sweat for the first time and our legs were shaking while our core balance and breathing was switched on. Great class! I also love Em’s classes and try to see her weekly at Ritual. She runs a great Power Pilates class that’s slow controlled and challenging. Overall, I love the studio and their more experienced teachers.

I went to my first Pilates class today and had such a positive experience. The instructor was so friendly and approachable, explained everything clearly, and created a really supportive environment. I felt comfortable the entire time and really enjoyed the class. Highly recommend, especially if you’re new to Pilates.

I really enjoyed this yoga class. The instructor explained each pose clearly and offered helpful modifications for all levels. The flow was balanced—challenging enough to feel invigorating but still calming. The studio atmosphere was peaceful, and the final relaxation left me feeling refreshed and centered. I’d happily take this class again.
