Linda is amazing. Very warm, friendly, and professional. She helped me big time with working on my imbalance, tension, and muscle weakness. My chronic lower back and knee pain is almost gone now and I have developed a good body awareness that has been beneficial not only to my posture during work, but also various hobbies.
This studio is one of the best in Winnipeg. Linda (owner/instructor) is a phenomenal teacher: she takes great care in making sure you are doing exercises correctly; pays attention to how your body is feeling; knows exactly what to work on and employs a variety of exercises so you’re never bored. I’ve seen an incredible change in my body over the past months (even more than when I worked out at previous Pilates studios): leaner arms and legs and stronger core, and some previous issues with knees have gone away. I highly recommend this studio!
