I have been working out for 45+ years, the last 18 with PilatesMN. You could not find a more exceptional experience than with PilatesMN. From the owners to the trainers, everyone is meticulosly trained, highly professional with a close family feel. No matter who teaches your class, you feel as the class is specifically for you. If you have an individual health or physical concern, accommodations are always made for you. Safely performing every exercise is paramount. Best investment in yourself you can make!

I have greatly benefitted from my time at Pilates MN. I started initially several years back with a group of sessions through the community center. My partner saw so much improvement from it, that he was curious and so we took some “duet” sessions together. From there we both moved into group classes. 2 years ago I suffered a serious mobility setback and have finally gained enough skill to resume class work outs. I have completed some Physical Therapy private sessions and I’m skilled in understanding where I might need to modify in a group setting. I’m so pleased to expand my rehab process to include something I enjoy so much. I’ve had massage services at the center that were skillful and helpful too. It is a wonderful example of a wellness setting that “meets me where I am at”! So thankful to all the talented staff and for the great location.

I have been attending Pilates classes at Pilates MN for years and can highly recommend this studio for anyone! You are never too old to start Pilates and enjoy the benefits in your life. The instructors are great and each movement and position can be tailored to you and your strengths and abilities. There is nothing to lose and so much to gain physically in Pilates.

I've taken 130 sessions at Pilates MN over the last 2 1/2 years. I'm 57 years old, and have worked out regularly for most of my adult life. I've tried many different things and have had many different trainers. The 3 trainers I have had at Pilates MN have been simply the best that I have ever had. The trainers are kind, professional, with a wealth of knowledge. My flexibility has gotten better, my strength has gotten better, my balance has gotten better. I have noticed that I'm even faster in all out sprint than I was 5 years ago. I promise you, if you start Pilates at Pilates MN and stay with it for 8 weeks, it is something that you will do for the rest of your life.

This place is truly special! I was skeptical at first about Pilates and had always done more traditional strength training, but with increasing joint/back pain I decided to try a couple classes. I felt like I was part of the Pilates MN family from my first class, and I am noticing big improvements in my mobility and pain. Alex really makes the place run smoothly and always offers personalized instruction even during a full class. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars!!

Club Pilates is a Minneapolis studio at 3200B W Lake St offering welcoming atmosphere, clean facilities, and a variety of Pilates classes. Members note friendly instructors such as Lisa, Mike, and Kaitlyn, plus helpful front-desk staff like Deb. Many experiences highlight improved mobility and reduced back discomfort through consistent sessions.
