Lovely studio with great instructors that are knowledgeable, kind and motivating. I’m brand new to Pilates and have felt supported as I learned all the moves, equipment and circuits. Also love the community building and space being so well curated and welcoming. Highly recommend! Joined when they opened by back in the fall and have continued to enjoy growing my Pilates skills at Atelier.

This review is long overdue, but if I could give more stars I would! I’ve been taking classes at Atelier since the week they opened and it has honestly changed my life. I had been searching for a Pilates studio in the twin cities that was a place I looked forward to going to, and that also gave me a great workout… and this is the winner. Every teacher is amazing, the studio is beautiful and calming, and the owner is personal & kind. Lacey and Anna are who I take from regularly and they are incredible instructors who help with form, offer modifications and have amazing playlists. Physically, in the five months I have been going to this studio, I’ve seen significant changes in how toned by body has become. Highly recommend!

This has very quickly become my favorite studio in the Twin Cities! The space itself is beautiful and feels like you're being transported to a different dimension where the stresses of life simply melt away. The owner and instructors are so kind and supportive, they take so much care to celebrate milestones and make each client feel special. I have taken a lot of pilates, but this is by far the most effective class I have ever taken and I'm truly shocked at how much stronger I feel after only a few months of taking class here. Everything about Atelier is truly a love letter to women.
