Hidden gem. I am almost reluctant leaving a review because I don’t want to have to compete for spots with new clients who have discovered how amazing this place is. The physio on Collins team in exceptional and this translates through to their Pilates team. I have had classes with Caroline, Huda, Amelia, Thalia, Mel, Bridget, and now Mia (over the last five years) and they are all fantastic. I’m pain free and feel so much stronger. It’s so good having small classes and tailored sessions run by professionals who watch your form like a hawk. You can also tell that they make thoughtful placements for the different sessions. I’ve made great friends and always look forward to the next class.
Brett is a gifted and intuitive pilates instructor who I cannot recommend highly enough. I was stunned by how quickly attending Brett's classes improved my strength, fitness and energy levels. He continues to train and learn to extend his already expansive skills. You will be challenged and never bored. Professional, friendly, supportive. The widest array of Pilates equipment I've seen and the most aesthetically appealing studio I've attended.

The people at this studio are very caring and I am amazed by your comments. You're going to struggle to find better trained instructors anywhere in Melbourne. A mix of elite athletes and normal people have greatly benefited from their help.
