From my very first day at The Pilates Room, I felt super comfortable and like I was getting a great workout. Some places do not take well to beginners but the instructors here make it a point to help you and make sure you are doing the moves properly. No matter what the class, they push me and keep me motivated. I also really like prepaying for classes and selecting them ahead of time. It helps ensure that I am able to attend the classes that I want (and it helps me actually go!). I wouldn't go anywhere else, I love it!
I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOVE the Pilates Room!! I just started going this month in preparation for my summer wedding and people have already started to notice a difference!! Each instructor here will challenge you and make sure your form is correct! I have tried a few other Pilates studios in town and have never fallen in love with any of the studios like this one! They literally have classes every hour from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. with small class sizes. Each class is a full body workout and is much more challenging than other studios I have tried. I love how they incorporate free weights to work out arms while working out legs on the reformer. I feel I get double the effects here because of the additional challenge with weights and balls. I look forward to coming to each class! Adriana, Esmeralda and Jen are amazing instructors! They are very motivating and encouraging! I LOVE everything about this place!! The ambiance, the challenge, the flexible schedule and the friendlies this studio hones! It truly is a GREAT place that I LOVE coming to!
I love The Pilates Room! I started going to classes about three weeks ago and I've found that everything is wonderful there! From the beautiful studios to the enthusiastic instructors and the exciting variety of classes, the Pilates Room is seriously an awesome place! In fact, I love it so much that just this afternoon, I committed to a 1 year membership! I'm looking forward to a year of great workouts!
I purchased a 1-month trial package for The Pilates Room after 3 of my friends became members and started to get into awesome shape. This is my third week at the Pilates Room and I already LOVE this place and always look forward to going to classes! I have definitely started to see results already: my core is getting much stronger, my arms, legs and buns are feeling more toned, and I have more energy overall! The instructors are wonderful - all are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and small class sizes really allows you to receive personalized attention. The facilities and equipment are kept in amazing and clean condition. I also love the wide variety of classes offered by the studio which caters to people of varying ages and experience levels. My 1-month trial isn't even over yet and I've already purchased the year-long membership -- I can't wait to see my personal results in a year from now!
