Pilates Sol is your best choice! In the center of downtown Pittsburgh, easy for me that I'm always passing by the area. I've been going for an year now and I love it, and highly recommend it. The environment is amazing, very good energy and teachers are always patience, they help me to get my best strength, respecting my limit and always cheering me up, my favorite is Kim, but I know they are all amazing. They care about safety and keep the studio clean and sanitized, what is very important lately. So they got five starts from me, but if I could give more I'll sure do it!

I love this studio. Terrific teachers who are great at explaining the what and the why, plus the results! I needed to build my core muscles (too much time sitting at a desk), and Pilates Sol was the answer. In a few short weeks I felt stronger and my clothes are fitting me better.
