Jess and Madison helped me on two separate days of shopping… and they were fantastic and so helpful. And, most importantly, they were both polite and HONEST on what was flattering, what wasn’t, and never pushy. Simply convincing :) When I tell you I am not a shopper, I mean it. I walk into a store and if I don’t find what I want in about 5-10min I am outta there. This shop has me wanting to come back every season to update my staple wardrobe. Both Madison and Jess helped me shop efficiently. I am excited to go back again and continue supporting a local, mother daughter owned Midwest boutique. I never thought I’d be a boutique shopper. But this is the place for me, keep up the great work!

I stopped in here on New Year’s Eve while running errands in the area. They were having a sale and I found a few pieces I wanted to buy. However, the entire time I was in there, no associate spoke to me. I thought she might be too busy but she continued to greet new customers who walked in after me. She walked past me at least twice and glanced at me as well without speaking. A simple “I’m helping someone right now, but I’ll be with you shortly” could have kept me in the store, but I ended up leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. It felt reminiscent of “Pretty Woman” or “Selena” if you’re familiar. A smile and a little more customer service can go a long way.

Cute little boutique on Broadway competing (kinda) with Anthropologie. I did walk in without really wanting to interact with people, just browse and get a feel for the place and current trends. I ended up chatting with Matthew (got some nice restaurant rec's) and falling in love with the classy but sassy lineup. I actually ended up talking with him for too long and ran out of time to try on anything, but came back later to try on a dress that kept calling my name that evening. On the second visit, both Matthew and the other gal (sorry didn't get your name) were very nice again and I fell for their "that looks beautiful on you" and got the dress. I did love the dress on me too though lol. Anyway, lovely visit, and am definitely going back for my shopping needs.

As soon as I walked into the store, Ms. Kim greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Her extensive knowledge about the products was impressive, and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect options for my birthday. She took the time to understand my preferences and made thoughtful recommendations, ensuring that I found the right size and price for my budget. I was pleasantly surprised by how much money I saved by shopping here, but what really stood out to me was Ms. Kim's kindness and generosity. She made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I can't thank her enough! I sincerely hope that she receives a well-deserved raise for her outstanding service. I look forward to coming back to the store soon.

Stumbled in here on a visit from Chicago and had so much fun! The clothes were so cute and we had a great time with Kim and Leslie, who worked there! We got three dresses, a shawl, and some cute socks. Loved it !
