Incredible experience shopping online with Pink Moon! I just recently received my order with them and could not be more impressed. Cheap and fast shipping, my order arrived right when it said it would. Additionally, I was shocked at how fairly priced my order was, especially since it was a Baggu variant that was not currently in stock anywhere else I could find. I HIGHLY recommend this place, I wish I lived in the area so I could visit the shop in person

The customer service at Pink Moon is horrendous. The sales associate was a teenager on a power trip who gave intentionally difficult and vague answers to regular questions about products etc. in the store. I was so excited to finally find a store that carries dried flower bouquets but I will just go to Prickly Posies from now on instead.

If you’re looking for something pretty and woo woo, they have a bunch of astrology and numerology books. They got dog toys as well! Very nice vibe. Located near local stores and bars.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and were so excited to check out this store based on their CUTE window display. When we went to the store the next morning, we walked in and thought it was odd that we were never greeted. We were the only people in the store and the employee didn’t even make eye contact with us, or ask if we needed any help. We had planned on buying the kids some Jellycats but something just felt odd and unusual, so we left. It just seemed strange for a trendy, cute store across from a college campus to have poor customer service. I still gave them 3 stars because the store is so cute. Ironically, their social media post says to “come say hi” and shop. 🤔

Cozy, girlie, environment. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and offered help if I needed something specific. There are so many cool gift giving items here. They also have cocktail mixers which I purchased a can of. Excited to try! They even give great reusable bags at checkout!
