I'm taking advantage of the 30-day $80 trial to explore the variety of instructors and classes at Pink Salt Wellness. The space, students, and instructors are warm and inviting. The emphasis on care and gentleness towards oneself mellows the innate tendency to overdo it.
I've had weekly yogalates sessions with Krystle at Pink Salt Wellness for about a year and a half now, and they've helped immensely with recovery from injuries, general wellbeing, and keeping my body healthy and strong enough to continue riding multiple horses daily. I genuinely feel like I had "factory setting breath" before she taught me how to truly b r e a t h e, and I use many of the tools she's given me on a daily basis and at competitions/shows. She is always curious and excited to think through movements and workouts that will help me out the best at the barn, and she's provided guidance on my at-home practice to ensure I can maintain all that strength and suppleness between our sessions. The studio is always clean, well-stocked with equipment, and bathed in the sweetest warmth and light. Beyond private sessions, they have regular classes and ongoing special events and guests. I highly recommend Krystle and her talented crew — their practice and care can change everything for the better!
I love that this studio has yoga near me. The sauna is a great amenity along with the other offerings like sound bath and guided meditations. The classes are great for all levels of practitioners. The salt wall is welcoming. The studio is clean and the staff is friendly.

Mind body experience taken to new levels. and came away with transcendence every time.The studio is beautiful and in a great area in the hills.
