This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had making a purchase. Alex walked us through every option, and took his time to set up all of the different televisions, and explain each different menu setting to us. He was not only patient and knowledgeable, but displayed the utmost best customer care and service that you just don’t find anywhere anymore. Alex is most certainly an asset to your company. I bought a 50 inch Vizio at 3:30 on Tuesday found out on Wednesday. The TV was gonna be $41 less when the sales starts on Thursday my TV was still in the box. I asked if I could return the TV and get a credit for the same TV. They told me I can’t get the same TV. I have to get something different. never heard of such a thing

I went down last week after hearing about the place on WPRO 630 with the Valicente show for years. The experience was informative and easy. Every question posed was answered by the knowledgeable sales person. I bought a new Samsung Smart TV to replace my very dated one. Great service and great customer experience.

My experience at Pinnacle was flawless. I had gone in with no clue what to expect, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They explained the difference between both the open box and closed box options, they were not pushy or trying to sell me anything in particular and were very helpful in their explanations. Each of the open box TVs have a card with the flaws of each of them held and were graded based on their condition. I ended up going with a new TV and it came with a FREE smaller lower end TV and a spin of the wheel, the employee who was helping me was actually cheering me on as I spun the wheel and I ended up winning 10% off. Staff gave a demonstration on how to take the TV out of the box with caution with emphasis on protecting the screen. They even brought the TVs to our car and placed them in for us. Pinnacle was an 11/10 experience and I will recommend them to all my friends, I wish I knew about them sooner!
