I will start by saying the selection and customer service when purchasing is great. My issues started after I purchased a tree with delivery and installation ($450) While I was disappointed our original delivery date was pushed back a week, it wasn't a big deal. The tree was planted in my backyard and I followed the watering guide to the letter. After about 30 days the leaves suddenly turned brown and I called but never got a hold of anyone. I ended up driving to Pinnacle which is apparently the only way to get a hold of someone. The owner said they would send someone to assess the tree which never happened. I called multiple times after and even stopped by again just to be told the owner wasnt working and come back later. Sadly they tote a 90 day warranty which they refuse to honor by simply ignoring their customers. Buyer beware.
I absolutely love this nursery! They are always my first stop for anything for my garden. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to help with a smile. The plants are very well cared for and in excellent condition. A good example is I bought a small raspberry bush was informed that I probably wouldn't see fruit for a couple of seasons. Well same year I planted I had raspberries! My house, pots and garden are almost exclusively filled with their plants and flowers. Will always be a loyal customer.
This place is legitimately the best plant shop ever. My husband and I have started going here very often! They have a wonderful selection of annuals and perennials. We have bought tulip bulbs and lilacs and a hibiscus from here, not once disappointed!! The service is incredible and it's a very cute little shop. Would recommend to anyone!
Updated: Changed to 3 stars because I was able to easily get a refund from an employee in person. It’s unfortunate we were ignored and forced to come in for any additional action. The owner of this place really needs to understand the value of communication in running a business. Original review: The 90 day “warranty” doesn’t exist. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times to replace a dead perennial worth less than $25 and they dodge me every time. They also can’t be bothered to answer the phone 80% of the time either. They get a star for the employees being very helpful and knowledgeable, but if you pay for planting thinking you will get post sales assistance like they promise in their contract, I wish you luck because we have not received anything but stall tactics. We try to support local when possible, but unfortunately you’re better off with Home Depot or Lowes because they actually honor their warranty.
Extremely friendly, and knowledgeable about their plants! We pulled in just 20 minutes before closing and all of the staff was still super stoked to help us. Not to mention, everything looked 10X healthier than what you see at big box hardware stores and the prices are very comparable. We bought a couple peony plants, quite a few annuals, and I'm already planning to go back for more. Thanks again guys!
