Best fun environment for a bowling alley in South Jersey. Super clean, good food, nice bar, and friendly waitress'. The front desk staff including Nick, Brendan, and the others are all always so helpful. Highly recommend.
Pinsetters Bowling Alley in Merchantville, NJ is a standout when it comes to customer service, atmosphere and overall experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a friendly, inviting environment. The owner Mark is consistently pleasant, professional, and genuinely engaged with guests, creating a space that feels both family-friendly and community-oriented. We purchased a bowling ball for our son, and the experience was exceptional. The staff took their time to properly size and fit the ball, explaining the process and ensuring it was comfortable and appropriate for him. The food was also great, which added to the experience and made it easy to spend Highly recommended.
Yesterday, we had our annual bowling family night. It was the first one at Pinsetters! We had an amazing time! Gabriel, the employee at the counter was awesome and so patient w us as we waited for family members to trickle in. Once we got our lanes, the waitresses/servers that waited on us were also great! We had our elderly parents w us and a couple of us weren’t bowling and chairs were brought to us! They made us very comfortable! Lanes 29 & 30 had a wonderful time at Pinsetters! Thanks again! A time was had!
Really cool & fun bowling spot! They offer a 2 hour $16 per person after 8 PM special which was amazing! Loved the decor. Great staff. Well maintained bowling ally.
I recently had my son's 1st birthday party in this location and it was a great environment. I know it's not your typical place to celebrate a baby's birthday but the kids that were in attendance were between 3-14 years of age and they love bowling, so to me this was a win since we love the place and the food is delicious. On the day of the birthday the staff was very accommodating and amazing to work with. Their attention to making sure everyone was having a good time, to me that made it special. I am sure we will be coming back for another celebration. Everyone had a great time. You cannot go wrong with this place for any type of celebration.
