Thank you so much to Dr. Amy and the team at Pioneer! Shoutout to Joy for being so flexible and adaptable with my schedule changes and helping me find the times I need. Dr. Amy took the time to listen to me and devise a plan that best suited my needs. My heel pain symptoms have decreased significantly and I feel like I am able to do my favorite activities with WAY less pain than before. The clinic atmosphere is so warm, inviting and great vibes all around. I highly recommend the ladies at Pioneer!!

Kaitlin was absolutely amazing in preparing me for delivery and helping me heal postpartum. She is so knowledgeable, supportive, and truly cares about her patients. I felt confident going into delivery because of her, and she made a huge difference in my recovery. Highly recommend!

3 years ago I was convinced I had a chronic UTI, my pelvic floor tension was through the roof unbeknownst to me & I had zero relief of burning & urgency for 2 months. I was out of work because of it. Then I met Kaitlin. She did trigger point therapy during our first appointment, and I finally felt okay. She taught me how to breathe using my pelvic floor, as a chronic mouth & chest breather (again, unbeknownst to me). She educated me on my body- answered all of my questions very thoughtfully. & Not only did we solve my pelvic floor tension & urgency/burning issues, she relieved my back and hip pain, too. After 2 months @ 1x/week I felt confident enough to go back to work. She is a God send, and she saved my life. She’s made me feel like I can count on her for help and guidance while being capable and independent at the same time. She genuinely wants you to feel better, and it shows. She’s incredibly good at her work, and she’s also just an amazing person. Her kindness and smile is so contagious. I feel lighter, happier, healthier, and more hopeful after every session. I love it here. And I’ll never stop recommending this place or Kaitlin

Another set of five stars. not fake choice, but I ended up back at Pioneer physical therapy. This time for tennis elbow. This time I had the pleasure of working with Amy. And immediately from day one she was on it. Assessing my grip strength to how strong and how much it was affecting me and my daily activities. But have no fear, pioneer therapy is here. With a few sessions, I started feeling my grip strength coming back, my pain reciting and being able to start gripping without pain. Before the end of our sessions, I was already reaching 100%. Her guidance helped me get back to lifting and doing my daily activities, which I had stopped doing. Thank you Amy for taking great care and your attention to detail on every visit.

I am so grateful for PIONE3R! I was able to get in same day to see Amy for help with my shoulder and she was just wonderful. Really listened and had such a calming presence. The exercises she tasked me with have sincerely helped and given me a better understanding of how to keep my mobility going in those areas! Highly recommend both Amy and PIONE3R :)

Highly recommend PIONE3R PT and Amy. I've been working with Amy for the past few months on a running (knee) injury and she guided me through the ups and downs of the recovery process so that I was be able to participate in a big hike at the end of the year without any knee pains. The team at PION3ER is responsive and flexible. Amy was able to work with me around my busy work travel schedule and give me tailored exercises that I could do at home or while traveling.
