I can’t recommend Pione3r enough! I’ve been working with Amy for several months to address persistent shoulder and hamstring injuries. Not only is my pain much better, but she has also integrated injury prevention and strength training into my sessions. She’s been fantastic throughout my recovery. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective physical therapist!
The team at PIONE3R has been a godsend! A year ago, on New Year's 2025, I found myself on the floor in debilitating pain, suffering from severe sciatica caused by a herniated disc. I couldn't drive, couldn't sleep, couldn't sit down, let alone bend down to tie my shoes or grab things, without excruciating nerve pain. I was in urgent need of care and rehabilitation. Luckily, I came across PIONE3R and after my initial intake call with Allison, I had a feeling I might be in good hands. From my 1st appointment onward, Dr. Kasey has been instrumental in my recovery--meeting me where I was with care, empathy, and an infectious upbeat attitude. She has been a steadfast guide as I worked on resolving my pain, then rebuilding my mobility and strength. From dry needling, to nerve flossing, to focused exercises, Dr. Kasey has made sure my treatment plan evolved as my condition changed, making adjustments as we figured out what was working and what wasn't. A year later, I write this review sitting down, pain-free at my computer -- something I could not do for many months last year. And while I am still not fully healed, I have come so far -- and I have PIONE3R to thank for much of that.
Alexis from PIONE3R created a pre and postpartum workout plan, and it was incredibly helpful! I know the stretches and exercises helped with labor and healing, but I also received peace of mind from Alexis that my body can do this (give birth and recover well). I’ve also used PIONE3R a couple of times when I’ve tweaked my neck, and they have quickly scheduled me in and provided exercises to heal and hopefully prevent future issues. I HIGHLY recommend PIONE3R!!!
I absolutely love working with Kasey Hankins and the team at PIONE3R! I tried a few other PT providers and facilities and always came away disappointed. I love that I get to work with Kasey one on one. It’s so much better than overfilled gyms with so called physical therapists overseeing workouts for two to three patients at a time. She always takes the time to explain the physiology of what we are doing and why it works to solve my pain, problem, or work towards strength. She is incredibly smart and a talented teacher. On top of all of that, she has a great sense of humor and is so fun to be around during our sessions! The PIONE3R team excels at communication and the entire patient experience. Alexis is the consummate leader. Their facility is clean and modern and easy to get to with safe, covered parking. A ten!
PIONE3R PT is outstanding! I’ve been working with Kaitlin, and she has been incredible from day one. She put together a personalized plan that’s helped me regain my strength, all while being mindful of the things I was hesitant about. I’m so grateful for her guidance, and I still can’t believe how quickly I’ve improved since we started. She also has a way of making every session fun! The entire process at PIONE3R is impressive. The team works so well together, and their communication is consistently organized and clear, something I really appreciate! They truly set the standard for what great care should look like.
