River Oaks Physical Therapy & Wellness

I have been coming to River Oaks since I was cleared for physical therapy after surgery on my Achilles tendon and all the staff have been wonderful. The recovery has been outstanding, I am walking with no issues after only being here a month and a half. Suchi, shashi, Roxanne and Amy are so kind and professional. I truly recommend coming here. I travel a distance but it is worth it because they are accommodating and I always leave feeling so much better!

A huge thank you to Suchi and the entire care team! I was dealing with severe sciatica pain running down my leg that made simple things like sitting or driving impossible. The care I received at River Oaks was amazing. I’m finally pain-free and able to drive and sit comfortably again. I really appreciate the professional and kind treatment I received here.

Suchi and her team are absolutely incredible. I have a severely herniated disc at my L5/S1. My first appointment found me hobbling in, barely able to walk, and in horrible pain. Suchi took the time to explain how the discs in my back work and showed me what a herniated disc looks like. She explained the Mckenzie method and why it works so well for back pain. By the end of each session, I could feel progress and within a few weeks I was back to normal! As long as you do your “homework” exercises, Suchi and her wonderful team will have you fixed up and feeling better in no time!

Been coming to RO PT and Wellness for a neck injury since September. I was welcomed with compassion and optimism for the prognosis of my condition. It has not been an easy time in my life but working with Suchi and the PT techs has given me a lot of hope for a full recovery. The atmosphere is warm and inviting— everyone knows your name and the team’s professionalism is worth noting, especially at a time where I’ve felt super vulnerable. While my symptoms have not completely resolved, Suchi continues to work with me, she really listens to my concerns and tailors a plan to meet mg PT needs instead of rushing me to consider surgey and/or more invasive interventions.
