Awful service. 1st of all people here are extremely rude, they treated us like nothing and even threw a shovel and gloves onto my hands in the most condescending way so I could shovel the rocks myself, since there was a misunderstanding with the tracking they ask me to bring. Beware, unless you are an expert and know how this works, don't try to buy here since they seem to HATE beginners that try to do jobs for the first time. Planning more yardwork but not gonna bring my bussiness here, 15 tons was more than enough.

Not being run by anyone with a hint of professionalism to contractors like myself. I had an issue in store and service person didn't want to help. I called as I walked away and asked to speak with a manager and whoever answered said one moment. Then came back on and asked questions as if screening whether he should transfer call. I never used this particular store. I've been getting materials from a competitor and will continue to spend my thousands of dollars at a place that is out of my way from home and job.

This place extremely sucks. I waited 30 minutes when it's not busy. The loader keep skipping me and loading other people in front of me which is skipping the line. Horrible service. They keep making excuses why they cannot have two loaders. To me it's being cheap not willing to pay your employees. Horrible company. One loader cannot do all this because it's too slow. They have plenty space to have two loaders. They are a full of excuses and they don't care about their customers. They completely suck.

This business goes above and beyond, and Johnny & Ryan were phenomenal!! We were looking for a landscape rock to commemorate our trip to Colorado, and they were so accommodating and went the extra mile. We can't thank you enough & this business will be foremost in our memories due to how kind and helpful they were. Excellent customer service!

Customer service is friendly, clear and easy to understand the process of delivery. My only problem is that the rock was so dirty when it was delivered that we couldn't tell what rock it was and we had to do an excessive amount of washing which makes us feel like we paid for a lot of weight in dirt. They delivered the right stuff and we would buy from them again but definitely disappointed in the one area. Posted pics to show how it was delivered vs after we washed it.
