Ian and Vanessa provided an amazing menu catered buffet for my wedding. Every single item were delicious and made with quality ingredients. You can tell that they both love what they do and the love is found in the food they create. Do not hesitate booking them for any event, especially a wedding. It was pleasure speaking with them and hope to use them in the future for other events. My guests were raving that every item was perfection.

The food was incredible and we got so much great feedback from our event attendees. Vanessa, Ian, and their team were so on top of things and communicative. Having worked with less than stellar caterers in the past, I can’t say enough how easy they made a multi-day, 200-person event. I hope we can work together again soon!

Pirate Chef catered an event for us (~40 people) at the CSU Spur Campus in Denver. The food was excellent with obviously fresh and quality ingredients, all at a doable price point. Perhaps equally important, Ian and Vanessa were easy to coordinate with being highly responsive, they were on time, and accommodated our needs without any battling! Would recommend and hire again!

Ian served an incredible dinner for my party of 7! We were in town for a bachelorette and had the absolute best time. The Pirate Chef team was professional and amazing to work with. We were in Denver for a bachelorette and wanted to hire a chef for a unique experience. The bride was blown away and kept repeating how delicious the food was! Our menu included some delicious appetizers (mushroom tart, corn fritter and smoked salmon everything bagel bite), an amazing main of seafood and the most delicious desert. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend any one to hire the team!
