Unprofessional, uneducated, and not communicative. The only trained dance teachers there are is Sara and Donna the rest and majority of classes are taught by kids with no experience. This studio should only be for those who want to just dance and not learn technique to progress and challenge themselves in a dance career or future. If you are wanting to be an instructor, I would highly recommend not. Staff will pick on students AND parents. I took 2 adult classes last year and when applied to teach dance after dancing at Nice and Pivot 15 years combined, danced at Salem High School, and went to college for dance, I was told I was not consistent when showing up to class all because I was out in the fall and winter due to an emergency SURGERY in my STOMACH. That was what cost me the job. But forget having teachers who have tenique and experience, they will just have teachers who have no time for teaching and will teach only for money, not the love of dance.

As an adult trying dance for the first time, I have really enjoyed my time at Pivot! I tried Hip Hop and Jazz and felt so welcomed by the group of ladies in class. If you're thinking of trying it out, I highly recommend the Hip Hop classes -- they are fun, energetic, and a great workout. You'll have a blast!
