If you need physical therapy, this is the place. They'll make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable. I had James as my therapist. James is excellent. He actually cares about your improvement and tells the truth, stays focused. They are there to see you through. If you have hesitations. They will relieve you of that. Have to say it again, this is the place!!!

Came here for quadriceps tendonitis starting in July 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only is the team super knowledgeable, but they are also super friendly and supportive. They really help make the frustrating experience of recovering from an injury manageable. Highly recommend going here for physical therapy. Special shoutout to James for being my main physical therapist, but the entire team here is truly wonderful!

I came to Pivot therapy in July of 2025 after ankle tendon repair which left me non-ambulatory for 8 weeks. After my session with James, I felt confident that although it would take time I would get back to doing my daily walks and activities. The whole team was great and knowledgable. Since I'm in the medical field there were times I was a little inpatient. James, knew how to make me feel calm about the process. Needless to say I walk in Pivot with a walker, then a boot and I walk out in my tennis shoes. JAMES & GABI GREAT JOB!

This team changed my life. When I first started theraphy with this great people, I was barely able to walk. They are very professional and kind. They helped me so much! They explained to me in detaiis what my therapy would be and that I one day was going to be pain free. That it was going to be possible. And that was my experiece. I am a different person now and back is not hurting anymore! I recommend them 100%. A+ service.

I was assigned to James, and I truly could not have asked for a better therapist. He was always professional, kind, and gentle in his approach. From day one, I started noticing improvements, not only physically, but mentally as well. Week by week, I regained mobility, strength, and confidence. Earlier this year, I was hit by a car while crossing the street and hurt my right hip and glute. The first few weeks were painful, and I was far from getting back to my normal, active routine. Starting physical therapy at Pivot truly changed that. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, and I’m incredibly grateful to James and the entire Pivot team for helping me recover. I couldn’t recommend them more!
