I love how the studio offers multiple services with many great women. I see Maritza with Honey Blush studio for my wax for my eyebrows and Brazilian waxes and I love my experience with her every time. I also see Salon owner Deisy for all my hair needs I’ve been seeing her for over 10 years now, she has always made my experience fun and enjoyable and I’ve loved the way my hair turns out every single time.

Jessica aka @creacionesbyjess is absolutely amazing at what she does. She took my virgin hair and transformed it to a cherry dream! I had it red for awhile, then I asked for my natural hair color again and she DELIVERED. She has always made me feel so comfortable and confident while sitting in her chair. She is the only person I let touch my hair because her work speaks for itself. I would recommend her a million times over again. Don’t walk, RUNNN to book with her. 😍

If you were to use the dictionary to find a word that describes the feeling you get after leaving Joanna Galvan’s styling chair, you wouldn’t be able to find it. Why ? The reason is simple. There are no words that truly do justice to the experience you get with JoJo as your hairstylist. Not only does she greet with a welcoming smile each visit, but goes above and beyond in her services. I’ve gone to JoJo for a transformative experience in becoming a ginger girly to my current style as a brunette. JoJo answers all of your questions from styling tips to hair care with extensive knowledge and helpful advice, all while making you feel comfortable and at ease. Her witty banter and easygoing personality helps you feel at home as she styles your hair. She’s really a girl’s girl. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of being under her care since 2022 and I’ve been loyal to her since ❤️ JoJo if you’re reading this, thank you for helping me feel beautiful on the inside and outside.

I booked Gabby nearly 2 months in advance as I had been following her on social media and she seems to have really taken off lately. Quick hair history - I had natural/virgin brown hair prior (see last pic). When I get to my appt, Gabby introduces one of the ladies at the salon to work on my hair. Immediately I start panicking because I had a TERRIBLE prior experience 5 years prior where I had natural virgin hair and someone turned me into a zebra. I politely tell her I was really looking forward to her doing my hair and she says oh she’s just going to assist me so I hesitantly agree. I guess I more so thought of her as preparing foils ane bleach/toner, styling etc. Nope. Two things went wrong in my experience, not only did Gabby only do the sides of my head and her assistant took an additional hour to do the back but Gabby had double-booked/stacked a client with my appt. So once she was done foiling the sides she left to work on her other client and only checked me 1x, once her assistant was done foiling the back of my head. So the sides took her about 15-20 min and she didn’t remove the foils for almost 1.5 hrs. All this to say that my hair is gummy, and has broken off in the areas where it was over processed. While I don’t think it’s the worst hair result ever, the really frustrating part about this is I think it could have turned out amazing. I paid $300+ for this service. I think Gabby has the skill but maybe unless you’re a friend or a long time client you won’t get an experience where she focuses on you. It’s sad because I told her how nervous I was to even touch my hair after 4+ years. Oh and the final note is that she basically tried blaming it on me saying I have “textured” hair. I mean my hair is wavy but I would hardly call it textured. And she said oh did your hair lift this quickly last time? I wish she would have taken the time to check on me and ask questions so I wouldn’t have been left with hair that is 50 shades of blonde and takes 3 hours to dry. The 2 last pics show what my hair looks like after I shower and it air dries, it takes hours to dry and another hour to brush through. It is so incredibly damaged and over processed in some areas. I will say that at the end of my appt she offered for me to come back and add some low lights to fix the brassiness on top but at this point I am traumatized, and I won’t let her or anyone touch my hair for a very long time. Final moral of the story, please please check on your clients more frequently, don’t use an assistant unless you’re super comfortable with the clients hair, and don’t double book!!!

Gricelda is amazing! She started the lightning process on my hair to remove black box dye, and I was so impressed with how healthy and shiny my hair still looked after. She really knows what she’s doing and takes such good care of my hair. On top of that, I absolutely love the way she styles it every single time. I always leave her chair feeling so confident. Highly recommend her!
