Catherine at Pizza Bouquet was amazing! She was very welcoming, clear with her communication, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Her hospitality really stood out and made us feel appreciated as customers. I hope management recognizes her great customer service because she truly represents the restaurant in the best way. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I stopped into this place to grab a slice of pizza. The slices had just come out of the oven. It’s good pizza, but missing a bit of that wow factor/flavour that’s present in neighboring pizza places. The staff was very hospitable and the establishment had an old school feel to it

Stopped by this place as part of a recent food tour, and honestly I had higher expectations. The pizza itself was decent, probably one of the better options in the city for by-the-slice. All their slices are NY style, but the crust was lacking a little crunch. The worst part was the service though. The kid at the front lacked any enthusiasm and when asked what the most popular choice is, said “idk maybe this one”. He did not seem interested in working. Overall glad we tried it, but with other options in Montreal it will be a long time before I’m back. Pizza: 7/10 Service 0/10

The classic red sauce pizza was good, but had meat on it and not served hot. I tried the potato and rosemary pizza on their recommendation and disliked that flavor combo. Wish they had more fresh vegetarian pizzas with red sauce. This place was a bit of a letdown. They also had numerous political posters with Palestinian protests and dates close to October 7 which seemed more anti-Israel than pro Palestine and for me created an unwelcoming vibe. Sharing so others know where to spend their money.

Tried out this place and was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was pretty good. Way better than any pizza chain in Montreal. They have a nice variety and you can buy slices. There was a pretty big line when we got there but service was surprisingly fast. The place is really small so I would not go as a group if you are planning to eat there. 4.1 out of 5
