Unacceptable from start to finish. First, your system allowed me to order a salad that was not available. I was then informed it would take 1–2 days to process a refund for that item, despite the error not being mine. When the pizza arrived, it was cold and clearly not fresh. It honestly tasted as though it had been made earlier and reheated. Without exaggeration, it was the worst pizza I have ever had. My children would not eat it, and the entire order went to waste. To make matters worse, I called the restaurant to address these issues. The woman I spoke with responded with “okay… and?” and then paused, offering no assistance, apology, or resolution. This dismissive response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. This experience fell far below any reasonable standard of food quality or customer service. Do better.

$8 plus tax for mushroom bites and the quality is a joke. Not worth the money. It’s like. May be spend your money elsewhere . Food quality is bad. No taste and no cheese strings in pizza & it’s burnt.

My first visit because I was in the neighbourhood (not too far from home though) and I would go here again just for the food and service. Both were outstanding! Every customer that came in was greeted right away and attended to. The storefront mentions they are from Brampton. Calgary can learn a thing or two from this establishment in my humble opinion. It seems to be a family business and all were so kind and welcoming. I didn’t wait to get home to try the pizza and wings I got. Everything was exactly how I like my food. Hot, soft top and crisp bottom. They customized my pizza with the toppings I preferred. Next time I will be more adventurous and try their butter and tandoori version. They really did go the extra even though they were super busy on a Saturday night. I really want to try their ice cream rolls too! I noticed a few pizza restaurants offered this as well. Something new (I think) for Calgary.

Got a spicy butter chicken pizza, crust and pizza was great. A bit on the spicier side but still good. Wings here are nice juicy and fresh, better than a-lot of places that are dry and sad. Owner was also pretty welcoming and nice!
