Ordered a pizza at 8pm to my hotel, Leonardo Hotel which is literally 8 walking minutes from the pizzeria. Decided for delivery because it was raining. The only time to pick for the delivery was 9pm which is already a stretch honestly but so be it, was hoping it might arrive even before that. 9pm comes I check the status of the pizza, says ETA 9:10pm. Okay delays happen despite having ordered an hour ago. I'll wait 10min, delivery time keeps shifting to later timepoints, the location of the driver doesnt move an inch. I call the driver doesnt pick up. I call the restauramt they tell me its not their responsibility its the drivers responsibility they handed it over to the driver. So you gladly take my money but whether the product arrives is not your responsibility? Call up the driver again after another 10min and he says he's on the way. Only then the location of him starts changing, how come? 9:30pm pizza arrives complelty cold. Your restaurant is literally 2 driving minutes aways and it takes you 90min to bring a pizza to a customer...

Really nice Italian atmosphere, service was great and the pizzas were spot on. I also had the bruschetta which was great as well, definitely recommend it

Great place, had the special and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had, friendly service and helpful. quality pizza and a nice cold pint for just over £20 great price :)

Came across this gem whilst trying to find somewhere to eat whilst away with work. Hadn't eaten all day and ended up having a fantastic pizza. Staff were attentive and the vibe was nice. Definitely visit!

Recommended by Italian people, Pizzeria 1926 truly serves the good quality of pizza not so far from Haymarket station. The pizza we order that day was Natan 3 with mozzarella, rocket and salad. The flavour is nice. The maradona with tomato, salami meatball and sausage would be perfect for meat lover. The star that steals the show for me is the calamari which is very huge appetizer. Golden colour with light battered allow me to taste the freshness of this type of squid. You might feel almost full from the beginning. I need to take away half of my pizza. There are other toppings for pizza to try even the pasta. The staff is generally nice. Please look for the itison coupon as well which would elevate the savviness for your mealdeal . PS. It could be very crowded and fully booked so make sure you book the table is advance especially the weekends.
