If you need a caterer for a wedding or other event, stop what you’re doing and hire this company. They catered my daughter’s wedding recently and Ya’ll….this food was good! The chicken fried steak was PERFECT. Not frozen. Not mystery meat. Real beef, hand-breaded, fried just right, and smothered in actual cream gravy—no packet, no shortcuts, no shame. This is the kind of food Texans grew up eating and now spend years trying to find again. The kind that makes people pause mid-conversation, look down at their plate, and say, “Wait… this is really good.” Guests kept commenting on it all night, which says a lot at a wedding where cake is also present. In short: they nailed it. Hire these people. Your guests will thank you, your wedding will be legendary, and you absolutely will not regret it.

The group at PJ’s catering are wonderful to work with. They catered our daughter’s wedding and fed approximately 400 people. We had many compliments about the quality of the food. Their service is unbeatable! They made sure all of the guests were taken care of and paid extra special attention to the bride and groom and their families. We would highly recommend PJ’s to cater your next event!

I'm so glad we went with PJs to cater our wedding! They were warm, friendly, and always available. The food was great and the prices fair, but where they really stepped up was they helped where they didn't have to. We had some issues with the cake and silverware (which was not from them, so not their responsibility) but they stepped in and helped save the day! They went above and beyond to make sure people were taken care of. A great choice in caterer!
