Adam and his team provided exactly what I was looking for in selling my rental property. They worked with the tenants, developing a good relationship with them to allow for maximum showings with minimal involvement from myself. The marketing was top notch, and while I like to think I have a pretty good gut in negotiation and the real estate market, Adam’s data driven strategies and evaluation made every decision clear and comfortable.
