I came in this evening to pick up a couple of last-minute teacher gifts for the end of year (which had to be given tomorrow morning.) When I went to wrap them at 8.55pm I realised that one of them (in a box) was chipped. I called the store and the lady (I wish I got her name!) was so apologetic about it, and agreed to wait at the store a few minutes past closing time so I could quickly rush back to swap it over. She didn’t need to offer to do that, and it was so kind and very much appreciated for a frazzled mum at end of school year! I also saw so many cute stocking stuffers and lovely books there so will definitely call in again before Christmas. Thank you so much for the kind and excellent service!

An amazing cozy bookstore with the best service! I came in looking for a book and the staff were so pleasant and helpful offering me to order it on my behalf at no extra cost! I love how comfortable the store is, packed with unique finds with a wide range of books to knick knacks! Would highly recommended dropping by!

Walking into Planet Books always feels so interesting. This morning, I returned to the store seeking assistance with a previous purchase. Not only did I receive great support, but I also left with another book for my collection—a hardcover copy of Richard Adams’ "Watership Down," an all-time favorite of mine. The staff at Planet Books Mt Lawley is awesome. They are knowledgeable, dedicated, and incredibly helpful. Despite my best efforts to adhere to a self-imposed book buying ban, their selection had me lost in the aisles again. It's hard not to feel inspired and a bit adventurous in such an environment. Needless to say, my 'book buying ban' didn’t stand a chance. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—hopefully after my ban lifts. For anyone who loves books, Planet Books is a must-visit. The combination of friendly staff and an amazing selection, plus a couch to check your pile of books before buying, will surely make your experience as delightful as mine.
