Wrote a review for wrong gym previously. Used to go here before. Nice staff and equipment is good. Good vibes. Would recommend. Only thing is that from my understanding it's a month by month membership and my job only pays out yearly for hsa.

Gym location people and staff are all great. My issue was with some of the equipment being mismatched and or different from other Planet Fitness locations. I would visit again if in the area but just don't care for some of the equipment like leg extensions, abductor adductor combo machines. On the plus side they have a leg press that my home gym lacks.

Need to fix the water temperature in the women's showers. I shouldn't have to play musical showers trying to get the hot water to work every single time I go here. Not ONE of the showers in the women's locker room actually work properly. There is either no hot water at all or scolding hot water. As a Black member, I cant believe this is what I am paying for....besides, every time I change showers only to find none of them actually work properly, it's just costing you guys more water. You can do better than this!

I was traveling to see family and wanted to go grab a workout. This location was the closet to my hotel. It is well lit. The young kid working the front desk was nice, but never saw him leave his post. I thought he might have gotten up to check on the place every once in awhile. This place a ton of treadmills and elliptical equipment. The strength machines were all in great shape, but were awkwardly placed. If you were trying to do the circuit, jumping from machine to machine, you had to figure out the layout. Their 30 minute workout area (The yellow machines.) was also a lot smaller that many other clubs. I appreciated the sign that said to limit cell phone use while working out. I still saw plenty of folks working out using their phones and not working out. It might be better to only allow cellphones if you are listening to music, not posting or reading Facebook or Instagram. The patrons who were using cell phones made it a little hard to grab your work out, as you had to try to find other machines to use because they were too involved in whatever they were looking at. I always wonder why pay for a gym membership when they only thing you are going to do is look at your phone? That is not the fault of this location. The kid working the front could have walked around reminding folks to limit their phone use. The volume of customer traffic was not bad when I was working out, so it was not too bad changing up my workout to get in and get out. Overall it was a great experience. I almost went to the other location on Pioneer Parkway, but glad I stopped here.
