Horrible experience with Hammer Lane & trying to get ahold of District Manager, she doesnt return calls or help. We tried to cancel our membership in person at Hammer Lane, was told no because computers were down. Was not told you can cancel on app, was not told I had to cancel at original location we signed up. Was not told we had to cancel by the 11th. We were scammed out of $200. The manager at THIS March Lane finally & THANKFULL helped us, cancel. Not one other person, including the District Manager helped us. No way to get ahold of District Manager, she doesnt return calls. Just overall horrible experience with Hammer Lane but thankfully management at THIS March Lane location saved us. & also it wasnt easy to cancel on app either. I hope somebody sues. For all Planet Fitness says no lunks & theyre for the people, they will happily scam you out of money & make it impossible to cancel your membership

I joined this gym a couple months ago and overall it’s been a pretty good experience. The place is clean and the equipment looks well taken care of. The staff are friendly and usually greet you when you walk in, which is nice. It’s never overly crowded, even during peak hours, so I can get my workout done without waiting too long for machines. The only thing I wish they had was a few more stretching mats, but other than that it’s been great. Definitely a solid spot for regular workouts.

The gym is very spacious, clean, and has enough machines for a good workout. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Power Rack here, which I haven’t found in other Planet Fitness gyms.

My girls wanted to workout so we join this place. Staff is nice and friendly. No intimidation in this gym. People just do any workout routine that they may have. But really busy on weekdays. Sometimes it’s hard to go to the free weight area where I want to go sometimes. It seems that people likes to hang around there.😂

This gym is horrible I used to like coming to this gym when management changed it all went downhill. New renovations thought it would be better came back worse they are not keeping the gym clean a lot of the machines are broken they don't have paper towels to wipe things down reusing microfiber towels and everyone's using the same towel nasty bathrooms filthy. If I could give zero stars they would get zero stars I asked management over a month ago about the broken equipment we're a month two
