Not only do they have many cardiovascular and weight training stations, they also have a room of Hydro massage, red light and ultraviolet light rooms and a clean restroom area area with lockers.

Hi im Glenn Anderson and I been a member for a few years now and I must admit I really enjoy the central west end Location lately as in a change of staff one in particular thus Night shift guy name Evan has really made and brought back life into this Location with just the all around cleanness and safe and peacefulness environment

its really cleannn in there and doesn't smell like the others. the staff does a very good job. 👏🏾 Its a lot of machines too, many choices.
