I started kickboxing at this gym a little over a year ago and it has changed my life! When I started I was completely out of shape, after getting hooked on the kickboxing fitness classes, I am stronger than ever. I really enjoy Karen’s, Jim’s, Oscar’s and Denis’s classes. Wonderful gym with wonderful people!

I use The Boxing Gym through my class pass. Karen is an amazing instructor. She pushes you and helps you develop fundamental kickboxing skills. I have lost 25lbs in 4 months since joining this class. I’m hooked!!!🙌🏽

Been going to this gym consistently every Monday or Saturday for the cardio kickboxing and.. I love it! Was initially hesitant and a little apprehensive about it. But eventually I love it! Jim is a fantastic coach, very chill, patient, and will assess your capabilities and push you appropriately. I do have background in martial arts, so when he sees that he can push me harder, he cranked up the difficulty a notch to make sure I’m not slouching. They do have 2 big dogs roaming around in the gym. Was at first afraid of them. But they eventually warmed up to me as well.
