Just starting going here with my husband and it's okay. More often than not, the staff is standing behind the desk on their phones - even the manager. When you need anything from them, they act inconvenienced. The gym is pretty clean - but it could definitely be better (dusty and dirty floor). I did note that there was an ibuprofen on the floor (by the public lockers) for over a week before it was cleaned up. Makes you wonder what else they don't do - like sanitize the equipment regularly. Put the phones down and pay attention to the gym.

I just started coming to this location and I absolutely love it. I usually go to the North Milwaukee PF but I tried it out here and I just felt more at home. Don't get me wrong the N Milwaukee one is great! There's just something about the way the design is here that I seem to vibe with better. Staff is awesome as with most PF. And there's conveniently an albertsons next door and my bank. But you can't go wrong with either location.

Very clean planet fitness. Sign up online and then download the app and you dont even have to talk to people to sign up or walk in. Just open the app and scan the QR code to get in. Equipment feels brand new and everything is clean. I just avoid peak hours and its great so far.

Planet fitness is absolutely trash if you wish to cancel your membership, they don’t make it easy to do. They really should offer the ability to cancel online or via email, instead of requiring people to come in person. Not to mention the front desk help don’t even know how to answer a phone with a greeting or provide the slightest bit of understanding or help. I understand you act your wage but damn.

Visiting from NH. Nice gym. Newer and clean. Hardly anyone wearing masks though heading toward the peak of this Covid19 pandemc! All employees were though, but wearing a mask was not enforced for patrons. Employees were nice. Treadmills were newer but I didn't care for them. Most were unbalanced or wobbly. Felt like I was going to lose my step during a run. Just don't care for the new Life Fitness Treadmills. I prefer the old style better. More solid. Gym area is bigger than my home PF gym in Nashua NH. Overall good experience.
