We used Platinum Event Rentals for our wedding and everything turned out perfect. The rentals were beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. Their staff made the whole process really easy, they were quick to respond to any questions, and everything was delivered on time and exactly as expected. Super smooth experience all around. Would definitely recommend them.
Quality, efficiency, and a fair price. Don't go anywhere else for your event rentals, and particularly for weddings. We had a very specific and detailed table layout for our wedding, Platinum was able to deliver on all of it. I must have asked Sydney for two dozen order revisions, and she gave me good customer service two dozen times.
We had an amazing experience with Platinum Event Rentals! We rented several things from their company for our wedding and we were pleased with all of them. Additionally, the customer service was incredible. They were easy to work with, joyful, and very communicative. The goblets MADE our table settings! High quality and so beautiful! We worked with Raquel who made the process so easy. She was so flexible on our number changes and great to work with. My husband and I were so glad we got these!
This place has everything you need to set up an exceptional even. I've used them a couple times. Prices are reasonable and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. Better than another place we used for our wedding.
