I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience with them every single visit. We’ve been grooming Mr.Moose with them for years. But under the new ownership the experience has gotten exponentially better. They are so personable with each encounter ,addressing how we want the experience and service to go. We love this so much, highly recommended is simply an understatement.

It’s going to be a no for us . We gave them one more try today and this is what a freshly groomed but looks like. The main thing I asked for was the butt to be done. Poor thing can’t even go to the bathroom without getting 💩on her!

Everyone at Platinum Pooch was so amazing! I’m visiting from Los Angeles and wanted my service animal to get a bath before flying. My dog is a Lagotto which most groomers aren’t familiar with. But the owner was familiar and so knowledgeable and even offered to shape up his cut from the last groomer which wasn’t great. They did an incredible job and were friendly, skilled, and went above and beyond. Will definitely be back when I’m in town again.

We love this place! I have a 110lb Bernese Mountain dog and we see Asher. He does a great job making my dog look nice and clean as well as keeping my dog comfortable and happy while getting groomed. 10/10 would recommend.
