Really friendly, helpful company. I changed my order a few times due to changing weather and changing mind and they were very understanding and easy to contact. Everyone I spoke to or met were lovely and polite too. Would absolutely recommend!

Really happy with the bouncy castle we hired from Playsafe for my son's 4th birthday party. Communication was easy, all the admin was smooth. We booked a specific time slot and Playsafe arrived with plenty of time. Set up and pack down were quick. The castle was clean and safe. Couldn't have asked for more really.

Amazing! I will only use this company in future. Excellent communication and the soft play area was fantastic. The man who delivered it was brilliant. The soft play was a massive hit at our one year old's party and it was delivered and collected on time. Highly recommend, thank you so much!

Had my little girls 3rd birthday today and I can’t recommend this company enough ! They arrived on time, their communication all the way through was wonderful, the quality of everything was outstanding and the lovely gentleman that set it all up was so patient with the kids that were already there. I would 100% use again. Thank you for making today perfect.

Amazing service for our wedding day yesterday. We were contacted a few days before with concerns about the weather but the guys at Playsafe were amazing, offering a wet weather option. Thankfully the weather played its part and allowed us to go ahead with our original plan with an adult celebration bouncy castle and the bubble machine. We have many photos of us and our nieces and nephews having the time of our lives on the bouncy castle. And the kids spent most of their day on it too Thank you once again - we will definitely be using you again for our wedding celebration party later in the year.
